Very good location, walking to Disney. Clean and quiet.
Not sure why people complain about Breakfast. This is the best breakfast I had in a hotel. So many choices and they keep it full until 9:30am. Big suites with everything you need to cook a meal if you need to. Full size fridge. For sure I'll stay again here.

Like to be fair to give a good review on their breakfast options, with some new dishes being offered each day out of the 5 days we were there. There was also free coffee and tea, hot water provided at the lobby.
That being said, that’s the only positive honest review I am able to give. In terms of cleanliness and housekeeping, the hotel left a terrible impression on us. While it was indicated on a note that was pasted in the toilet that housekeeping services would be provided every other day, that was not being upheld. Our room was not cleaned and tidied for the last 3 days of our stay and when we called to check, we only received an extremely unfeeling and rude response from front desk that we needed to request for the service. It was never told to us, neither was it indicated in any form. Rubbish that we had to clear and left outside our room was also not attended to after a full day.
Property condition was dull, with much wear and tear. Carpet frills were noticed while our airconditioning remote was cracked and missing a cover.

This hotel is perfect bc you can hop on the bus that takes you right to Disney doors. It clean, free breakfast, and a full size kitchen. It’s the best!
