Concierge was unprofessional when I checked in. I was being helped while another customer was getting the attention of the person helping me and another person from front desk. Taking away the attention of the other customer. Concierge were rude with all customers. Elevator was out with no signs indicating it was out. Checking out same issues the concierge were rude and were not helpful at all. No one was in the front for valet. Even though there was a sign saying someone should be there on site.

The facility has low quality walls in between rooms and you are able to hear other guest speaking to each other, also maintenance is not kept up, the shower was not working and was such a problem as guest, we tried to get compensation for these inconveniences and was told since booked with a third party there was nothing they could do. Don’t recommend.

Our stay was great! Room was nice and cozy for me and my daughter. It was a little noisy but was to be expected since it’s so close to Disneyland.
