the room was in need of updating, sunshade had lots of holes in it it was so worn out, doors between rooms had windows and sheer curtains which offered no privacy between bunk bed side and main side.proximity to park was nice, we used the ART for those days when too tired for the 10 min walk, which was very convenient. Area around hotel was nice and safe. On our first night there was a cockroach in our room, we contacted front desk and they offered to move us( we had reservations and had been travelling all day) we said we would stay and would move only if we saw more(we didn’t). Rooms were very loud could hear people in the halls talking and could also hear the people above us walking around talking and using the shower.
