Staff was short staff. Very slow dining experience. Only had 1 server. Other than that hotel was beautiful

Outdated. Staff was unfriendly and difficult to address. Toilet broken and ran the entire stay.

Property was beautiful and room was really cool. Our son loved it. There was a problem with the air conditioning being stuck on so it was freezing. They were unable to fix it and it was really late. They offered us a straight move but this was at 11pm and we had a sleeping 2 year old. They claimed they couldn’t help us out on the room price or anything. We got breakfast comped which we were grateful for but it was upsetting overall that we’d only be able to move in the night with all of our stuff and a sleeping toddler for it to be “made right.”

Good place to sleep the shower isn’t great and the room size is decent but feels empty. Definitely could use and update however no major complaints if you just need a place to sleep after a long day at the parks

Room looked out on a pond with a trickling water feature. I opened the windows and enjoyed the view and sounds. Very spacious room. All around great experience. I’ll be back!
