The hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was included and top notch. The staff were all extremely friendly. Zuma on the rooftop but even better was 2 Michelin star restaurant L’Olivio. The hotel was nice, the room size is good, not too luxurious. The room lacked some items, like water kettle, teas and a coffee machine. We had to ask for it, and the staff were bit confused with a simple request like a water kettle. Overall, the experience was good, not outstanding.

The best service I’ve ever had at any 5 star hotel or otherwise. Costanza, Tomasso and the rest of the team were amazing. They treat you like royalty from the moment you step in. Pool service was impeccable, I did not get the gentleman’s name but he was a pleasure everyday. We will be coming back.

We had a great time here. We much preferred this side of Capri. The property has an excellent gym for those of you who like to work out. The food is excellent, including the buffet breakfast. The restaurants are extremely pricey so look a little further afield for other options if this concerns you. The rooms are also not well sound proofed and we found ourselves wearing earplugs. We overheard other people talking about the same issue during our stay. However, we would stay again and overall we had a great experience.
