"10/10 Beautiful/stunning property including the pools and beach. Very well maintained- at one point I saw six gardeners working to keep the gardens immaculate. 10/10 Staff- very helpful and went above and beyond. 10/10 Breakfast. Overall, I had a lovely stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend! "

"Very nice and helpful host. Convenient area with groceries and many restaurants nearby, just 100m walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Ocean. We stayed for 3 nights in a Villa, 4 adults and one 1.5 yo baby. The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. The master bedroom with a large bathroom and bathtub was great. The open concept living space was convenient, and well lit. The resort is new with excellent gym, large clean beautiful pool and play room for kids. There is only one restaurant, on the Maia Resort ground (neighbour). The menu was diverse with specialties every night (steak,...

"This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay."

"The pool, gym and restaurant have been closed since September 2024 but was never mentioned in the reservation. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this. Even now it’s still advertised showing that these amenities are available at the hotel and it’s not. "

"Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. "

"The location of the complex is very centralized been a short walk to the beach and in close proximity of various restaurants both the sea foods ones and more traditional Vietnamese cosine. Staff were helpful and the actual unit was very big being a 2 bedroom. The beach was a very short distance from the hotel and very clean with a lot of the usual street vendors with all types of foods and drinks. "

"The staff at this hotel are amazing and very helpful. We had a nice view from the 14th floor and our AC worked perfect contrary to some reviews I had read. I did find the bathroom a bit too compact for my liking. But there was good water pressure and loads of hot water. Beds were comfortable too."
