"Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht und auch eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Als wir nach einer mehrstündigen Fahrt angekommen sind war die Rezeption, die eigentlich bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte, ganztägig geschlossen. An der Tür war eine Handynummer, welche man anrufen sollte, wenn etwas ist.
