Worst experience

The hotel is overpriced , my room had a window to a disposal garbage of the hotel . This price I paid was too high . The lobby smells awful My room was with a small window , it looked like a closet . The mattress has bumps , my worst experience !

The free shuttle service is the deal breaker, if you do not want to be in the middle of it all then this hotel is perfectly located, a 5 minute shuttle ride to the free ferry getting you to central station in 10 minutes.

False Advertisements All Around

Don’t book this hotel if youre going to rely on the shuttle service. They advertised on their website that the shuttle picks up/drops off at Central Station and runs continuously. Upon arrival, we were told we had to take the ferry across the river and also call to request the driver. The driver took over 15 minutes usually to come, even though the hotel is a 6 minute drive away from the pick up point. This slowness caused us to miss our train to Germany on our last day in Amsterdam. The hotel also advertises 24/7 room service and this is also false. When we attempted to order room service, we were told the kitchen was closed. The rooms were comfortable but we will not stay here again due to the false advertisement.

We will share your comments with the departments involved so we can prevent this kind of things from happening again. Our room service is available 24/7 but from 22:00 kitchen is closed and only pizza is available to order.I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.We hope you can give us another chance in the future.Kind regards,

The staff left me a plate with chocolates and stroopwafels on my birthday, so sweet! Everyone was so nice and the hotel and room were very clean.
