No lift, 53 steep steps to a double room with the window permanently closed, no breathing of the room with fresh air. No thermostat. No wash clothes or available. No extra pillow. Woodwork was broken throughout the room. No coffee or hot water. Coffee dispenser in the lobby for 2€ and 4 oz. Walking up to the 3rd(4th) floor is nuts with a coffee. Really a 1* hotel graded a 3*. Best thing was access to the ferry and the quiet. Expedia is only about the money. I tried to change this and another resv in London and Expedia says it’s the hotel and the hotel says it’s Expedia. Never never again will I use this platform.

Staff were super lovely and allowed us to leave our baggage after checkout. Location is great, with the free ferry taking you to and from very frequently.

Be prepared to unplug the toilet yourself
Posted 8 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is in an old building, outside the main touristy area. In a relatively safe but cheap looking neighborhood. Not far from the main train station via free and frequent ferry. There are a couple of good but not fancy restaurants nearby. Service was uneven though. The lady at the check-in offered us a room on the 4th floor with no elevator when I asked for a litter level room as my friend has difficulty climbing stairs, I got a room on the ground floor. Practically no windows. Much smaller, really cramped, unlike what was shown on the website. Across from a service room that has no door, on a narrow claustrophobic hallway, on which a fat cat was scratching its back. On the last day when the toilet for stuck. The host rather then moving is too a new room or fixing it accused me baselessly of using too much toilet paper and asked me to handle the situation with the toilet brush. It took some persistence on my part to be handed a plunger so I can fix the toilet myself.
