It was nice and spacious for a family of 4 and right on a bus line directly to centraal station. The kids having their own bedroom and beds was a huge bonus. its out if the hotels control but the area around had homless people and was a bit unsafe grtting back later at night.

This was a great space for our family of 6. Communication was great. Check in was smooth. Location was a short walk to a bus stop and a quick ride to central station. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy walk from central station. Bus stop near by. Quiet rooms.

Large family apartment, quiet surroundings with all the facilities you will need. Clean and tidy easy check in and check out, great communication and good value if 4 of you.

Property did not have a washing machine as listed in amenities which was very disappointing. We did not receive our check in details so had to call for help and was sitting outside the apartment waiting. Door handle on the inside comes off and even though it states there is a balcony you cannot access it. Did not like being misled. Otherwise we like the location and the space of the apartment.

Poor cleanliness

We had a family trip with our two children to Amsterdam and stayed here because of the separate bedrooms. The apartment was well located. We found the cleanliness poor and despite a promise of a deep clean the cleaner just rectified a few specific issues that we had identified and the property was still very dusty. The cleaner didn’t seem to know how to actually clean, he didn’t move the bin or any furniture to clean around them and consequently we found dirt and food behind the sofas and under the beds. The skirting boards looked like they have never been cleaned and inside the kitchen cupboards was dusty. We cleaned much of the apartment ourselves so that we could stay there. Despite good communication I didn’t feel that they actually cared about our issues and despite telling them that we purchased things to clean the apartment with we received no offer to pay for those or any compensation for the inconvenience.
