Very easy to check in. Very good use if space for the us and the kids to stay. Included a kitchen, making our holiday much more affordable

Nice quiet place on outskirts of city. Easy tram ride near hotel to downtown.

This is a fantastic accommodation option especially for those who are looking for more space in a city that sells it at a premium. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 6) and the family room was brilliant for us. Incredibly spacious, room to unpack, a pretty much full kitchen, well equipped kitchen, lots of natural light with blackout shades, air conditioning (not in all rooms) and so much space (coffee table and chair, dining table with 4 seats, full size bed and full size sleeper sofa). The online check-in is really simple. We got everything we needed to access the property and our apartment in a very timely manner and with the few issues we had, they were incredibly responsive via whatsapp. I also loved that they had an "Essentials Closet" in the laundry room where you could get extra toilet paper, kitchen towel, towels and linens 24 hours a day. The property is also in a really good location - less than 20 minutes walk to Amsterdam Centraal and less than 5 minutes walk to the grocery story, bus and tram stops. The only negatives - we and our family staying next door had issues with our dishwasher, ours was resolved after a few days and they were responsive and helpful throughout; the fire alarm went off twice during our 4 night stay, both times in the morning with people cooking breakfast; although the apartment was superficially clean, the whole apartment could have done with a deep clean. Will stay again for sure!

If a hotel isn’t going to have staff on property, they need to have an easy way to communicate when things aren’t going well. The property care staff was extremely rude and we felt it was racially motivated. We have never had a bad booking with Expedia, until now.

It was very loud at night. We ended up in a corner unit - the noise level was quite high, with all windows closed. There was a sock inserted into one of the windows. I guess this was done by previous tenants to create tighter closing for one of the windows ... :) The towels had yellow spots and should have been disposed of a long time ago. The pillow under the case had yellow spots as well.

Great place for my family. Staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. Great access to transportation and quiet neighborhood.
