The reason you where not allowed to stay with us was due to your own misconduct to our staff. We do not accept misconduct to our staff or other guests in our property. Hotels.com was informed to refund your payment you had made to them.

They have been breaching confidentiality by reporting stuff about what I've said and done to third parties and people that have nothing to do with the property. And then when I ask them about this they deny it.

Would not try and save money to stay here again. The front desk people were rude and unhelpful. The metal bunks and plain walls makes you feel as if you're incarcerated. I would recommend to look elsewhere.
