I loved this hotel! Very sheek and close to everything. The service was outstanding! The food was great, loved the nightclub and the spa!! Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location!
The only issue was a cleaning issue that the hotel contacted me about directly after we checked out which was really good of them!
We celebrated two massive events here and they left us balloons, flowers (actually my favourite flower oddly!) and a cake with Prosecco it was so adorable!!! Would only stay here when we return!!

Rooms had lots of spider webs
They forget the cleaning tool's in the room

This was our anniverssary trip and becaiae of it I sent emails to the hotel in advance to avoid facing any inconveniences during our stay. Unfortunately things were not handled properly and our stay was a complete mess. We ended up cancelling our booking and stayed at another hotel.
I need to point out that Patricia at reception and Ana the manager on duty that night we checked in were both helpful, understanding and professional.
Our check in was extremely long, the room I requested was not the one assigned, the ambience at the lobby when we arrived was terrible, there was who seemed to be a sexual worker sitting at the lobby being loud and disrespectful, at the elevator we saw a guy who came down to welcome an escort. That was our welcome.
The first room was on the Exchange tower which seems to be undergoing construction, the room was dusty, not properly cleaned, there were stains in the sink, it was a nightmare, so much that we couldn't stay that night and had to come down to reception with our luggage (it was around 1 am) we wanted and obviously wanted to cancel the booking, I walked to 2 other hotels nearby but unfortunately they were fully booked and the next check in time was that day at 3 pm.
We ended up staying at the W in another room they gave us but because of the disgusting experience we had the first day we left and had to look for another place which was annoying, disturbing and irritating.
