Ideal location as wide variety of experiences accessible. Very accommodating at breakfast time for gluten free requirements. All staff very friendly and helpful. 4.30- 5.30 Tivoli moment where a free drink and tasty Dutch bite was always enjoyable. Would return.

The facilities were exceptional - lobby, restaurant and bar as well as the individual accommodation. The staff was most gracious and accommodating. The breakfast is one of the best anywhere.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was incredibly attentive. The restaurant was incredible. Some of the best fish we have had anywhere. The sea bass was exceptional.

We were greeted excellently by the staff on a daily basis. The breakfast was fantastic, we ate dinner with the view of the canal, the food fantastic and the service at the same level, we are so happy we didn’t miss that experience, thanks Cova and the rest of your staff.

This hotel is wonderfully located with easy access all around Amsterdam. There are nice shops and dining options close by. We had a superior room with canal view on the 5th floor, but the view is blocked by an inaccessible balcony and the room is quite small. Otherwise, nice hotel we would stay at again.
