Hotel room was absolutely beautiful. Staff were always helpful. The hotel itself was just outside the centre with a metro station right next to it. Very easy to get to and just an overall great experience staying there. Would definitely stay again!

Very lovely hotel with equally lovely staff - always willing to help out where needed. Checked for us before our check in time if our room was ready sooner as our flight had arrived sooner than expected, and let us check in early when ready. Also held our luggage for us after checking out to return to get as our flight wasn’t until later in the day. The room was also very well presented and clean with amazing facilities and amenities. Would definitely return, thank you for everything @ the team at the Ruby Emma!

Amazing stay loved it. Just be wary when selecting ruby green that you’ll need to hunt down your own loo roll etc when needed ! Beautiful hotel and amazing decor

The room was great. More for a couple than a mates room though. Privacy screen was a little too unprivate for our liking
