I liked the check in staff friendly approach and also check out. I didnt like that they didnt explain you needed a voucher or ticket for the return shuttle to airport. I even made a comment that i was looking at the airport shuttle times...at the desk. It would have been helpful in this regard.

It was a great clean hotel with lots to offer. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hot tub was not very hot if that’s what you were expecting when booking! The sauna and pool are very nice though. The kitchen cooks very well but they randomly don’t have food for you on the weekend except for a breakfast buffet which was a letdown. The buffet was still very delicious.
