The location of this hotel is excellent and the service I received from staff was all lovely and helpful. However, the room was a bit tired and very basic - the bathroom ceiling was cracked, marks on the walls, and no way to properly plug the bathtub to take a bath. The shower over the bath was also really awkward - it faced sideways (mounted on the wall along the long side of the bath) so you really need to watch your feet against the other side of the bath to get under the water. The ground floor / lobby area of the hotel feels quite luxe, my room didn’t match up to that vibe unfortunately. I also had to access my room via what felt like a service corridor - always squeezing past laundry trolleys etc. to get through. I was placed in a twin room without being asked which is a bit of pet peeve - solo travellers are paying full whack for a hotel stay and sleeping in a single bed rather than a double feels like a downgrade. Not sure I would go back but for a night away and proximity to the Museum Quarter it’s a good choice.

Nice rooms, very clean, walkable to the city! Excellent bar as well.

The tech in this hotel is disastrous. The remote didn’t work, then the tv didn’t work, you can’t stream anything from your phone/laptop to the tv, there is no pay per view, and the WiFi is non existent. I realize that those things might not matter to everyone, but when those things DO matter (like if you need to get any work done), they REALLY matter!! If those things don’t matter to you, then this hotel is fine… cute rooms, good location.

The property is very busy. They tried to give us a larger room with no view. We rejected it after seeing it. We got the room we had booked with a nice view of the houses. Breakfast was not included. We had it one day as we were rushed for a tour. It was expensive 25 euros and was not worth it. Location is fantastic. Rooms were very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable
