Hotel clean and smart. Room good size, wonderful shower, great decor, provisions in room good, liked the complimentary chocolate and water and there was fridge. Extras in the washroom.
Staff polite and professional and very friendly and very smart.

The area was close to the train station and the pier, that was why we chose this property. Was clean and breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we visit Amsterdam again.

Had many options to choose from but this was the one, this is really it, walkable to anywhere or close to the very good public transportation Amsterdam has to offer. Nice hotel in the heart of Amsterdam, separate from the noisy parts of the city, yet very close to them. At check in, we were greeted with a cup of wine, staff was welcoming, helpful and ready to answer any questions. Didn’t get to explore all amenities as we were out most of the time, but it was sure nice to get back and have a clean room to go back to and relax. The only suggestion would be to have a variety of pillows to choose from as the ones provided will deflate. Overall, a beautiful hotel, highly recommended.
