We had a wonderful stay! We mentioned at check-in that it was our honeymoon and the staff congratulated us and sent champagne and chocolates to our room. Very helpful when providing directions and restaurant recommendations. The social hour with wine and beer was so fun. They even had a hot cocoa bar for winter with your choice of toppings!

Loved our stay at this hotel. Clean, excellent location, and staff were super helpful. There are lots of gorgeous design touches in the decor and lots of lovely personal touches in general like umbrellas by the door and lovely bathrobes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Happened to mention was my husband’s birthday and we came back to wine and chocolates and a handwritten card! Could not have asked for a nicer stay! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend staying here! Easy to pop onto the tram and get around town.
Found the hotel a little warm, but very cold outside (November) so be sure to pack layers.

Room was sub-standard. I offered to pay for an upgrade; which they offered. Waited two hours and no move. We left.

At the City Center, convenient location to tourist spots, train and the RLD! Lots of restaurants in area. Hotel staff always helpful, breakfast always awesome! Drawback is scent diffuser in lobby, their trademark scent. Room was adequate and they made sure our linens and towels were scent and fragrance free!!! Will stay again!!!
