Very nice hotel. Easy access to train and bus. Very nice staff. Food very good, just a bit of slow service in restaurant but would def stay here again

They charged you about everything, the room was cold and you couldn't increase the heat, and no one supported you with the bags. No breakfast included, internet is slow until you pay extra.

While we don’t have a bellboy service, our front desk team is always happy to assist with any luggage or additional needs you might have. Regarding breakfast, it can be included depending on the rate selected during booking, and we're glad to adjust bookings with breakfast upon request. Lastly, all internet services here are complimentary—there is no paid upgrade option.
