The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, having instant coffee in the rooms was not what expected. It was very disappointing, then having to purchase coffee in the lobby.. hmmm not good.

Super friendly and efficient check in, letting us check in early. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options. Cozy and comfy beds!

The Inntel is located near Dam Square and is close to many restaurants, museums, Centraal Station, etc. It’s very clean and well kept.
