I stay here regularly and for the first time lowered my rating from a 5. We used to have quality coffeemakers in the room but they were removed. The infrared sauna used to be available at no extra charge - now the standard rate is €59 for an hour. This time the roof top lounge was closed every day during my week and a half stay.
The staff continues to be a strong point, but you don't improve customer satisfaction by eliminating the perks that made a stay special.

It is very close to the train/Metro/Bus station, the room space is quite good including a full kitchen and dinning table. It is quiet and comfortable.

This hotel is a hidden treasure. It’s a very short walk from the bus or train station, so super convenient location. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable and we heard no noise from outside despite being close to the train station. Definitely recommend.

We liked how convenient it was to take a train out of Sloterdijk station, which is a short walk from the hotel. It’s one station away from Centraal. The location also meant that we heard trains operating all night. The rental bike could use maintenance. We really enjoyed the other facilities including gym, terrace, and kitchenette. It saved us a lot of money to prepare small meals in the hotel. There’s a convenience store located nearby that’s open very late.
