Wasn't allowed to sit in the lobby at all. Not even to enjoy a quick coffee and warm up
Room beds were comfortable but the bathroom sink leaked all over the bathroom floor, the sink had a missing shelf so had nowhere to put anything while getting ready
Was freezing cold in the room at all times
Booked three nights only could stay one because of the above mentioned

You get what you pay for, you can’t complain. 5 stars as it just a walk away from the main train station and it is right in the middle of Amsterdam city Centre. Be prepared to walk up stairs as there was no elevator for the building. Once I arrived my room was actually upgraded to a better room which was nice but at the very top floor. I’m fairly athletic so it was not much of a hassle for me.

Good location but very inconvenient to go up. No elevator service and the stairs are too narrow. Unsafe.

We can’t expect too much from a place that is not too expensive. You get what you pay for it.

No fan or air conditioner in room. Very smelly rooms. Very smelly carpets. No elevator. No soap in room or bathroom.
