The hotel is in a good location and has a useful little shop downstairs, checking in was quick and easy with the self check in service and the room was clean.
However, we had the following problems:
- on one side of the bed the plug socket did not work
-there is no conditioner for hair
-plastic bin liners were left in the room by the cleaner
-the room (executive suite) looked a lot bigger in the pictures
-the room smelt of damp
-the wifi cuts out often
-no mini fridge

I was travelling with my 19 year old son. The room was lovely but it felt more like a room for a couple. The breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for our two night stay. I only wish I had booked a canal view as the view at the back was not so good, but it was quiet which we were grateful for after long days exploring Amsterdam.

The eden was fab, comfortable beds ,spotless , very friendly staff, great breakfast, everything on your door step, i great wee touch i have never seen before was a ice machine in hallway so you can fill your ice bucket up brilliant loved it, highly recommend the eden.

Stopped at the Eden hotel about 6 years was really nice ,has since had a full refurbishment and is even better, very clean , quiet and super friendly staff and welcoming environment for visitors to the city .
