A very well placed hotel with great amenities. The pizza machine was fascinating.
Sadly, one of the bar staff (male) was quite condescending to one of the newer female bar staff. She was doing a good job given she was only 3 days in, he wasn’t very polite to her, it was a shame to see.

The staff at the check-in counter were incredibly nice and the room was just perfect.

The Hotel has an easy access to a Tram Halte and close to Centrum Amsterdam.

Negative:
Room service wasn't for everyday as mentioned in description. Location is next to busy 8 line motorway so little sleep at the best you can get. Noisy working Aircon making sounds as if going to brake down at any minute.
Positive:
Mini fridge in the room.

The tram is a 7 min walk and the metro is a 14min walk. I liked that its away from all the noise of downtown Amsterdam but still easy to access, they sell daily transport passes at the office. Rooms are pretty basic but no microwaves and the beds were comfy.

Thank you for your stay and feedback. We do not have rooms with microwave. This might be common in the US but it is not so much in Europe.
