Everything was fine except no kettle in the room also the coffee machine wasn't working. Ok for short stay but not recommended for a longer stay.

Decent hotel, train close, food was not bad but not worth the cost unless you eat a lot

The washroom was a little bit small, specially the basin. Else the staff were super cool and amazing environment. We have even got a toy for our toddler.

Great hotel. Safe and close to the light rail.
Posted 8 Aug 2024 on HotelsI wanted to stay somewhere that was safe, but conveniently located. It fit my needs perfectly. A 7-8 minute walk to the light real station and a nice safe walk back to hotel in the evening. I also want to say thank you to the front desk receptionists Angel for being very kind to me. My flight got canceled the night before and I was not feeling. But she was amazing and helped answer questions I had about both the hotel and Amsterdam. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly. The hotel itself was good for what we paid for but the room was not entirely clean, I got bed bug bites and there were flys around the bar.
