The view from the window is amazing, location close to the city center. Beds very comfortable.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the museums and canal trips. We were pleasantly surprised by our room. The hotel was clean and modern. We could walk to the museum stops and Metro for transportation. The neighborhood in the other side of the canal had a great street market and lots of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the view of the canal was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The sitting area furniture wasn't my favorite as it was low... but the bed was very comfortable. There was some street noise during the day but it was pretty quiet at night. The hotel itself was very nice. Very large breakfast area and multiple places to lounge and talk. Amenities available 24hrs like snacks and drinks. No complaints there. There was a lovely garden area in the center of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel is nice, but it would be better if it had a bar. The check-in process was very slow, as the staff were on their phones answering questions and not paying much attention to the people who were ready to check-in. The staff where not helpful in recommendations for dinner to things to do in the area. The hotel was very expensive for what it was - I think that I would look elsewhere next time.
