staff should learn some soft skills

Clean facility and the staff went above and beyond. The staff really makes this property incredible, will absolutely be back.

Posted 22 Nov 2020 on HotelsWell, the hostel is well located next to a subway, and the room was clean and spacious even though there was hidden costs.
But the awful experience is in dealing with one of their staff members, Amanda, highly disrespectful and condescending. I suspect some racism or trace of lingering xenophobia.
But in conclusion I still keep a good overall memory of the trip.
