Had internal courtyard facing room which was lovely and quiet. Room was a decent size with huge king size bed. Tidy and well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly. 10/10

Staff was ever so nice I’d give them 10/10
Location is great too and close to most things
Bedroom was unbearably hot during sleep and the hot tub was cold water
I don’t want too sound bad picky though and as I say the staff was amazing so I’d give it a 9/10

An amazing and architecturally stunning hotel!
The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive allowing for a seamless check-in. The room itself was a true haven of comfort with a wonderful view of one of many canals this great city has on offer. My only critique is that I wish the gym was slightly bigger with more equipment.
Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional and strongly commands my seal of approval.

Such an amazing hotel, with a brilliant story behind it and you can see this externally and internally but also boasting some modern luxuries. Bathrooms were modern and very clean every day. And the spa is a lovely treat after walking the streets of Amsterdam
