We had a great time at Sure Stay by Best Western. All the staff was very curteous, humble and polite. Rooms were well kept and bedding was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of food options and made to order omelettes were available. Dharmendra singh and Pankaj made us feel special.

It’s a lovely hotel well situated fit the city centre and not far from the Wagah border. The food is great and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. My only observation is that you can get some noise from other guests in corridors and them moving furniture around in their rooms. I suppose it’s because of the concrete construction. Having said all of that, I would definitely stay here again Sadly there is no bar, but there is a stall just up the road (25 yards away) that sells wine and beer cheaply.

Great base for exploring Amritsar

Located about 15 mins by Autorickshaw from.the old town and the Golden Trmplyhis is a jood base for exploring Amritsar. Before arrival i called and arranged a car to pick my brother and I up at Amritsar railway station. The driver had our coach and seat details and found us at our seats! The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Especially the young lady on reception and the restaurant staff. Breakfast had a great choice of foods and was good. We had dinner in the restaurant a few times and the food was excellent! Am Autorickshaw to tje old town by the Partition Museum was 200-150IR. So not costly!!

Great hotel, breakfast staff are amazing!!!.

The reception staff are quite retentive. The breakfast staff, especially the pretty young girl, are soo kind and caring and attentive, they could not do anymore for you. The breakfast is yummy, a great selection of indian and western food, enjoyed having the indian breakfast. We walked everywhere from here, we walked 20kms a day through rubbish and the dusty streets. If u don't or can't walk you can get a tuk tuk or an ola or uber if u want. The room was clean, had a fridge, gave you coffee and tea and loads of free bottles of water. The toiletries and shower gel were a nice treat.the shower was nice. Nice full bath sheet towels. No bath mat and someones long black hair and dust on bedroom floor. We both hair short blonde hair, so not our hair.

Very good price/quality level for this hotel. Room was great and the staff went the extra mile to provide me with Gluten Free food and provide care for my wife when she was sick for 2 days. Food in restaurant was really good. Only the credit card machine failing was a nuisance as it created some hassle prior our departure. Also appreciated the early morning food package as we had a very early flight leaving Amritsar. Definitely would come back in the future.

Loved this hotel

Great location. Not far from station Manager organised a taxi collection at the station. The driver came onto the train to.hrlp with our luggage! Excellent staff extremely helpful staff and manager. Lovely breakfast daily. Very good restaurant staff. Ate in the restaurant several times after long days of sightseeing. It was excellent food and delicious! Took a 10 minute Auto Rickshaw each day to Amritsar old town (and back) for our sightseeing and shopping - cost about 200Rupees (about £2! Each way) I would happily stay here again if I revisit Amritsar.
