This is the first self check in and check out that we have experienced here in Brazil. There was no lobby or a person to greet you so it lacks in personality but it works. The owner of the property was available by phone in case of a problem. The concrete construction is solid and built like a strong comercial building. The interior decor is also basic and more like a warehouse than a Hotel. The Patio has a killer view of the ocean and the beach with some dune buggy and motorcycle noise at times.

Lugar lindo em uma localizaĆ§Ć£o privilegiada. O apartamento tem instalaƧƵes novas e confortĆ”veis, a geladeira nĆ£o estava funcionando mas foi substituĆ­da por um frigobar. A limpeza Ć© muito boa, todavia o lugar Ć© infestado de formigas pequenas o que as vezes Ć© um transtorno. A falta de um estacionamento as vezes atrapalha quando a cidade fica cheia. Todos os atendentes sĆ£o super atenciosos o que faz a acomodaĆ§Ć£o ser ainda melhor, recomendo.

O local Ʃ realmente muito bom. Quarto Amplo, banheiro espaƧoso. Rooftop bacana para ficar contemplando a vista. O quarto que ficamos era pƩ na areia, o que foi muito bacana. O negativo foi o fato de ficar ao lado de uma Vala de esgoto, fazendo com que muitas moscas entrassem no apartamento, que tinha que ficar trancado. Pouca flexibilidade para um late checkout.

No geral, gostamos da hospedagem. Ɖ limpa, bem equipada, ampla e confortĆ”vel. Quanto aos aspectos negativos: nĆ£o hĆ” estacionamento, o veĆ­culo fica estacionado em via pĆŗblica, as escadas para acesso ao apartamento sĆ£o bastante estreitas, o que dificulta o transporte das malas. NĆ£o hĆ” elevadores, tampouco recepĆ§Ć£o. Durante a noite, tivemos uma experiĆŖncia ruim durante uma chuva. O apartamento alagou pois a Ć”gua ficou acumulada na varanda e como nĆ£o havia ralo para o escoamento, acabou entrando bastante Ć”gua no apartamento. Como nĆ£o dispĆŗnhamos de rodo ou outros utensĆ­lios para fazer a retirada da Ć”gua, tivemos que improvisar para nĆ£o dormirmos no molhado.

A estadia no Saint Germain em Icarai do Amontada foi perfeita. Local tranquilissimo, apartamento com toda a comodidade necessaria, limpeza e arrumaĆ§Ć£o diaria e pessoal muito prestativo. O rooftop foi um diferencial que curtimos muito e fomos muito bem atendidos tanto na prĆ© reserva como durante a estadia. Com certeza vootaremos.

A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© incrĆ­vel, com a varanda do quarto bem de frente para o mar. A limpeza do quarto foi a contento tambĆ©m. Muito legal ter o suporte de uma cozinha bĆ”sica no quarto. A proprietĆ”ria ClĆ”udia, proprietĆ”ria do lugar, esteve sempre em contato via whatsapp para informar sobre os controles de acesso ao quarto e ao prĆ©dio, que ocorrem atravĆ©s de senhas digitais e para passar dicas de todos os lugares indicados para refeiƧƵes. Eu gostei bastante.
