It is a cozy boutique hotel in a prime and safe location in Amman. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they accommodated my special requests.

Hello
How are you, I have almost booked more than twenty reservations for my friends from Expedia. And I recommend your hotel to everyone from Ramallah
But I was surprised by the last two reservations under the name of Dina Hamouz for two people
And she tells me that you paid for the second person, and this is unacceptable
And another reservation under the name of Sarah Mokabel, they were hours late for her and the employee did not show them to the room to pay for a third person and the way he dealt with them was very bad

The hotel is nice and there are a lot of activities and facilities around it. It is easy for transportation and the service at the hotel from its staff is very wonderful.
