My room smelled cigarette. I had to change to another room

The staff here are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and you can order omelette. Rooms are very basic but we didn’t pay for 5 star hotel. We had nice view of the amphitheater. It is quite noisy at night as it’s in a busy spot. Overall I think it was a pleasant stay

1. Near the downtown, Roman theater and Amman citadel.
2. Good staff. All can speak English. Breakfast is nice.
3. You can get 5 things in the fridge everyday for free.
4. Clean, spacious and quiet room.
5. Good price.

They were all so helpful and the guy who brought my food to me was so helpful.. I’m from nyc am that was my first time overseas and they made it so easy for me especially since they had a tv with and English Channel

Good stuff and service, the hotel close to the downtown amman and close to markets and restaurants, the hotel overlooks the Roman amphitheater. The breakfast is delicious and there are many options. And they clean i like and I recommend it.
