Hotel needs a lot of improvement
Posted 9 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is in really bad condition. They are in the construction process so there is too much dust in the lobby and dinner room area. The shower, A/C and toilet were broken. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone until all the construction is finished, we had to cancel our reservation after the first night.

Fantastic Staff, Good Deal

Pros: Customer service, location, price.
Cons: Book directly with the hotel, not a third party.
Location: Canary is b/w Paris Circle (wide range of restaurants, shops). Other side is the Art museum and a beautiful park. Close to downtown. Very walkable.
I would not hesitate to use Canary Hotel again but Expedia made this experience much more difficult than it needed to be. The staff at Canary were kind, patient, and exceptionally flexible. The hotel is in a great location, with a cozy atmosphere. It is reasonably priced and a good deal, all things considered.

Pros: The staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: AC would help.
Cleanliness needs attention.
Location: Good location, maybe a 10-minute walk from many good restaurants.
No AC, so the room was quite warm at night.
The hotel could be cleaner and simply needs a number of upgrades.

Excellent location in the heart of Amman.

Pros: Easy access to city centre. Located in a nice area of Amman / Al-Louebdeh.
Cons: There is a new admin. team with plans for refurbishment & some innovation.
Location: If you like walking, you can easily walk to city centre. There are many places to eat & drink nearby. It is a safe area.
Good value for money. Friendly staff. But there is no luxury. Breakfast is very basic.
