At check in Ahmad was on our arrival very friendly and helpful
On checking out Mahmoud Adas was on duty and he was very friendly and nice too

Smelly room
Posted 3 Aug 2023 on HotelsI was given a very smelly room. I complained about it but nothing was done. At the end they just said sorry.
The kettle was dirty and had some food. I made cup of tea with the dirt in it. Only found out the next day.

However, If the unresolved issue has been brought to our attention again during your stay, rest assured that we would have moved you to another room.As for kettle, we have received no complaints in that regards upon your check-out.
