" Outstanding service by Joseph, many commodities provided. Simply one of the best customers service I have ever had and i traveled the world. We where greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, it was a great experience. Details like nespresso coffee capsules, cookies, new toothbrushes and great Dead sea soap products. Appartment style with lots of room. Well located ,50 meter from Mamila mall ,walking distance to the old city and the the western wall. "

"These amazing apartments are located right next to the David Citadel hotel and across the street from the Manila mall which leads directly into the old city. "

"We stayed in a family unit with three beds in the property's basement and it was a very spacious unit. We really liked that the hotel is situated on a quiet street/alley just a minute's walk from limitless shopping, dining, transit options and we enjoyed walking to the old city down Jaffa street daily. The staff was courteous and the value for the price paid was incredible. We would consider the property during an extended stay in Jerusalem again - it felt like we had our own private...

"The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building "

"The location is absolutely incredible! (Especially if you are a frum/Orthodox Jew, this was centrally located and walking distance from everything: the Kotel, Ben Yehuda, etc.) The only downside is that there was a lot of music outside Friday night and no air-conditioning in the two bedrooms. Overall though, the location is the best you can ask for. "

"Great location. Amazing views. Excellent service at breakfast buffet which is impressive. Atta added his special touch in his personalized service at breakfast. Rooms are well appointed and nice in size. We walked to the old city and just soaked about Jerusalem so easily from this location. We look forward to returning. "

Ultimate in relaxation, comfort and good food!

"Most relaxing stay. Friendly service. Excellent food, grounds and spa. After an unavoidable small accident at breakfast, staff rushed to assist, note details. Hotel security and the PR manager Jacob took notes and were extremely attentive to feedback even refunding the breakfast charge and giving us a small gift when we checked out. Impressive?"

"Great value for money. Decent size room. Comfortable bed. Shower head and toilet. Safe in room but no fridge. Nice breakfast buffet. Located in the heart of Ben Yehuda pedestrian street so you can’t get there by car, but can enjoy the shops and crowds. "
