"The location can't be beat. It is right across the street from Mahane Yehuda Market. Our apartment faced the street, so it could be noisy, especially at night, but I actually enjoyed seeing and hearing the nightlife. I absolutely loved the location. Cleanliness was so-so. The apartment itself was clean, however the furniture, especially the couch, was not. It was pretty dirty and stained- felt more like a college dorm as far as furniture goes. "Never received check in info. Did not pick up phone when i called . Luckily the doorman helped us get in contact with owner . There were no sofabed as in description and the regular beds are hardly meant for more than one. Mattress are just like hard foam. There was no hot water for the shower most of the time . And only handheld in the normal one. Internet was down the entire time which means that TV did not work either . 🙄 no Hangers in the closet . And not enough toilet paper and tissue for...

"The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building "

"The apartment was clean and cozy. Nice completed kitchen had most things we need. Washer and dryer was a big bonus. Perfect location close to the centre city, right next to Mahane Yehuda market with quit a few good restaurants near by. The host was easy to contact via WhatsApp and allowed early to check-in. Everything about this accommodation was perfect and I would definitely book with them again when I return to Jerusalem."

"The hotel is central and well situated where Ben Yehuda meets Jaffa Street with excellent transport links. We found the staff to be very pleasant and very helpful (especially Tamir on reception) and check in/out was straightforward. Our bedroom was clean, good sized and well appointed. There is a warm, decent sized swimming pool in the basement and a small gym (though I must confess to being defeated by the multipurpose exercise machines!) There is a good sized lounge area on the entrance floor and an extensive breakfast available in the rooftop restaurant. There is a drinks bar in the lounge area but I would have preferred that snacks could be made available there also (I think they sometimes are). All in all, our stay here was a very pleasant experience"
