I like breakfast in the dining room. I have stayed many times, and each room is different. The rooms are gorgeous, with unique furniture and wallpaper. The cathedral is just down the street. The staff are really pleasant and helpful.

Its an older style hotel so the steps creak a lot everyone can hear you move but its okay nothiing bad about it. I like the the area mostly its near the cathedral. The owner went out out of his way after hours to help dispiste me not being good at speaking French. I would stay here again

We were disappointed the Hotel was unmanned when we arrived early morning meaning we had to lug our luggage around until 5pm over cobbled streets, in the heat of the day, as there was nowhere to store our luggage. However, the Hotel was comfortable despite no air-conditioning. The Hotel is in a convenient location for walking to the Notre Dame Cathedral, eateries and old town by the river. Breakfast was basic but gave us a good start to the day. Initially there was a language barrier as the service team do not speak English but we overcame this by using sign language and kept communication short and precise. Stairs are narrow and steep because the Hotel is very old. It could do with a little maintenance. We didn't let this ruin our stay.

Check in arrangements are a little awkward when travelling long distances. Room was clean. Location excellent. Parking a challenge

Cosy, comfortable and a stones throw from the magnificent cathedral. Check in was fast and pain free.

The room was dirty and noisy. The bedsheets were stained and covered in dog hair. There was a barking dog in the room next to us and it’s kept us up all night.

bonjour,nous sommes désolé que votre séjour se soit mal passé.Malheureusement nous ne maitrisons pas le manque de savoir vivre de nos locataires.Par contre ,en ce qui concerne votre chambre :il n'y a jamais eu de chien dans votre chambre.Les draps évidement sont changés après chaque départ et la chambre nettoyée.Que vous ayez passé une mauvaise nuit à cause des voisins, nous l'entendons,mais nous n'acceptons pas que vous remettiez en cause notre travail.cordialementla Direction

The area is actually somewhat noisy at night with cars and young people on the streets. Wifi was erratic, and hotel room walls are very thin. Otherwise it’s a well kept and well run small hotel with friendly staff. Very clean!
