"Clean hotel...check in was good...heating unit in room buzzed all night...didn't get much sleep...I informed the check out staff...especially since they always ask..."how was your stay with us?" First thing the gentleman at the front desk stated was "We don't give refunds"...I chuckled...I didn't ask ...nor was I expecting one...although...in hindsight...I did have a horrible night of sleep...and probably should be compensated...he didn't even fret to let me know he..as well as hotel mngt were already aware of this problem in multiple rooms...didn't even apologize for the inconvenience...u can always tell when someone is there to collect a paycheck...even though this was an unpleasant experience (I don't have many)...I would stay again..."

"I loved this property. It is very elegant and stately when you come in. The front desk and dining staff were very professional. The reason for the lower staff rating is as I was checking in the cleaning staff were using foul language and loudly complaining/gossiping which really killed the vibe. Other than that can’t wait to stay there again. Note-gps took me to a residential area about 3 miles away. "
