Great on campus hotel. Close to town but not too close. Would stay there again for sure.

It is amazing to me that the front desk could not find a wine opener for me to use. The guy at front desk said that there wereNONE available. How can this be if there is a Hotel and Restaurant Dept. at UMASS, and so many dining facilities and clubs. Terrible!

Richard, it is unfortunate that you felt that your entire stay was ruined by the fact that there was not a wine opener at the front desk. We always recommend that guests bring any items that they may need with them for their stay, as some items may not be available at our front desk. We hope you have a wonderful day!

Very nice hotel right in the middle of campus. Convenient parking and lots of casual dining options in the food court on the 2nd floor. Clean, well maintained and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great place to stay if you’re in Amherst to visit UMass. You’re right on campus and the UMass store is one floor down as well as the food court.
