We didn’t actually get to stay at this property…we were moved due to maintenance issues….which would have been fine as the alternate place was very nice. However Checkin was an issue and the local person did not provide the correct instructions to where to pick up the key. So that was a 45 minute issue just trying to get into the unit. The biggest issue was that apparently this complex requires parking permits that were supposed to be provided and displayed apparently. Not only did we have no idea about this nor in any of the emails or conversations we had were we told we had to display a permit. We were told what parking lot and section We were to park in and that is what we did…well we got towed!!! First night it was fine and second morning we woke up to leave and our truck was gone!!! $230 later we were able to get our truck out but we have been trying for a month now to get reimbursed and have had no luck!!! Totally ripped off!

It was an ok stay, good location.... but could use a scrubbing. When paying a cleaning fee you expect it to be scrubbed before you get there.

2nd day of our vacation we arrived back to the Flats and found a whole bunch of Maintence equipment scattered everywhere in our rental. No one had contacted us to let us know what was going on-looked like a water leak of some sort. The whole carpet in the bedroom was soaking wet, they had cleaned up some of the water with the towels the rental had provided and left them on the bathroom floor, the bathtub was filthy with dirt from them ripping our baseboards to fix the leak, and had left about 15 fans in the rental to soak up the carpet which was impossible to walk around the apartment. We contacted multiple people with no answers on what was happening and even more frustration, no one had a solution on how to fix the problem. It was Memorial Day weekend so each customer service representative told us we could “move out and find another place to go because they didn’t have anywhere to move us” Because of the holiday weekend everywhere around us was completely booked so we had no other choice but to stay at the rental. We finally got a hold of someone on day 3 of our stay and they said they would send someone out to fix the maintenance issue….went a whole 24 hours with still nothing fixed or any communication. Repeated phone calls over our 5 day stay and there was no offer of a refund, no offer of an apology, or anything to make this right. This was the worst experience of our entire lives!!

Terrible experience!

I never write reviews, but this experience was so horrible that I needed to let other know. First they do not give you a code to get you into the building where the key cafe is located (this is how you pick up your apartment key). After a passerby let us in, and we picked up our key, things just got worse. We proceeded to our building and there wasn’t a fob on the keychain that would unlocked the door to let us in the building. Again another nice person let us in, and we finally got into our apartment. I called Vector customer service and they sent me back to the Key Cafe to get the back-up key, which was ALSO missing the building fob. After a 3rd call they sent me back to get a key for a different apartment, but that was in the our building. Again this key did not have a building fob!! So now I have 3 keys and still no way to get into the building. At this point we are trapped in our apartment until, finally, at 9:45pm someone shows up to bring us a building fob. We had to cancel the plans that we made for that night. This building was also VERY noisy, late into the evening. Lastly, I found it strange that there is a full kitchen, but it doesn’t have a microwave. For me this is essential piece of kitchen equipment, especially when you are traveling and warming up leftovers. Also they only give you one key per apartment, which can be difficult if you are separating from your party and returning at different times. The one good thing is that the apartment was very clean.

College apartment

My issues where with the on-site appearance. Could not fine the gym& pool as advertised. Trash in the hallway, no signage for the key cafe/ key pick up/drop, stains on carpeting, bathroom just surface cleaned not deep cleaned, the stairway smelt little beer & trash.

The actual apartment is awesome with lots of amenities, but check-in is confusing with the keycafe. Then to check out was even worse as the fab on my key didn't work...I tried to get assistance at the main building and they said they'd take care of it...which they didn't. Hours later, after check out I got a call threatening to charge me $175 because the key hadn't been returned! I still don't know if they charged me or not.

Thank you for your feedback. Expedia handles all charges and you should speak to them directly if there was any charge after checkout- as it was not done by the host. We are glad you enjoyed the apartment and the building!
