I stayed at this hotel twice in the last month. The young man at the front desk was always very attentive and nice and welcomed me to Americus wiyh a big smile.

The property needs to be upgraded and exterminated. The beds were very uncomfortable and bathroom had a roach. I told the owner and he was supposed to have someone come to spray and never did. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The hotel was average, but neighboring hotel had people (appeared to be staff) outside and very loud. The major plus is it was pet friendly, but needs more grassy area.

Property is undergoing renovations. Be mindful of that if you are hoping to sleep in. Also the breakfast on Saturday was southwestern inspired which does not appeal to our group.

Its close to restaurants and shopping. Its near Andersonville Civil War Prison. It has very friendly and helpful staff
