A Journey of Culture and Hospitality

I loved this beautiful journey , experiencing the culture, music, colours of the rich heritage of Jaipur.. The activities on site are so captivating, from the grand welcome to the sunset tradition of lighting the lamp. The courteous warm namaste of the staff, at the entrance and as we enter the buffet area, it is heat warming. Enjoyed the hospitality and ambience of Fairmont, Jaipur. Would love to do it again!

My grandmother fell down because the property didn’t have any markings for her to know there was a step. She fractured her arm. The hotel staff was extremely unaccommodating. They didn’t even provide us a better medical treatment assistance and rather pretended it was not a big deal. The least they could have done is provide her proper medical treatment and paid for our rooms and her surgery. We paid lacs of rupees to them and they compensated by not even providing any better assistance. It used to take 1 hour to bring food to her when we would order, there was no staff to take care of her. It was a horrible experience. I would like them to refund all the money we spent on them and compensate for the surgery.

Very much personalized experience with room decor for anniversary. Thanks to Gajodar, Ajay, kajod. Also the conceriege staff for accomadating requirements and room service staff

I would avoid this property if they are having any wedding functions. Loud music (including very loud drums) kept going till 130am, despite residents complaints. After that there was a sort of all night party by a fire which was right by our bedroom window. I have no problem with hotels having exciting and glamorous weddings, however one expects an international chain like Fairmont to enforce a strict 11pm curfew, plus it would have been relatively easy in such a large hotel to have the all night party away from guest rooms.
