"The service was formidable, we arrived early and only wanted to take off our luggage. The hotel staff directly checked if our room was ready (eventhough incheck is around 15:00 and we where there around 10:30). Luckily for us the room was already clean and we could go there to change and put our luggage away. All questions where answerd nicely and polite.

"Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place. It was quite confusing at the beginning. "
