Staff was very nice! However again we were not told that because the season is over they would be OUT of wine and have limited supplies.
Place needs updating badly, beds were very uncomfortable! OLD, Linens were good, Great shower!

Over all the stay was perfect but the area lacks the transportation
Also breakfast didn't have any variations same everey day staff exclent
One thing when i booked the hotel it says i have to pay £1159.69
The hotel charge me £1184.61 how can i get my refund only noticed when i got home

Poor customer service and no flexibility. We asked for one plate to use in the room and they did not provide even we reached out to restaurant and front desk in person. Lack of coffee and gadgets in the room.

Not a bad property, but needs some repairs and better cleaning. Overall would recommend if this is in your price range.

Great property! Swimming area was great. Rooms were spacious and well equipt. Breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend if you are plannig to be in Lagos. Family friendly.

Nice rooms, book one with a balcony, totally worth it. Room without a balcony is not worth the cost. Great pools, fantastic hotel location. On our first day we were told by another guest how to find a walkway directly to the old town, less than 5 minute walk. Also, easy walk to waterfront and Ponta de Piedade.

Refrigerator in room froze husband’s insulin. Hotel staff pointed us in the direction of a pharmacy/doctor but did not take ultimate responsibility for replacing it as I believe they should have
