"Não é um hotel nem pousada. É uma locação de chalés. Uma estadia ok, o lugar é bem simples. Piscina estava bem suja, área da churrasqueira tb, as grelhas e espetos sem limpeza já há algum tempo. A conservação do quarto deixa a desejar, o ar condicionado estava sujo, não funcionava. Precisou vir um rapaz pra desmontar e limpar, foi quem me salvou. Aliás a única coisa que eleva a nota é a equipe, o rapaz que prepara o café da manhã é caprichoso e atencioso. Todos que trabalham no local, com quem...

"Very well located so it’s very easy to walk places, big plus. Room was good. Decent size, clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Breakfast in general was average but served its purpose. On site parking is small but the staff takes care of parking cars so you don’t have to worry. On slight negative is the amount of stairs from the main house/parking/exit to the building with the rooms. It’s not a deal breaker but it’s slightly annoying, especially at night and with luggage. Overall, would consider this place if I return to Rosa. "
