Il manque un micro-ondes et la bouilloire etait pleine de tartre (non utilisé), difficulté pour me doucher car je suis grand et manque une porte, si on ne veut pas inonder la piece. We didn’t feel like sleeping in the double bed during our stay because of this especially in the hot weather. It felt too stuffy and the person who ends up on the inside May feel slightly trapped. "We booked a family room for the third week in July. Receptionist welcoming and spoke English. Room was of a good size, with bunk beds over the main double bed for our family. A couple of niggles though: The lighting system is confusing. There are limited instructions as to how to turn them off, though this is in German and French and not English. If you are reading this and having the same problem, you need to click the left hand switch twice to turn them off and have the room and darkness, otherwise every time you turn one light off, another one will turn on in the room. It took a call to the concierge to find this out (I suspect he was a little annoyed, as he told me twice that the instructions were on the wall - maybe expecting Facebook, French or German). Though the room was clean, the carpet needs washing, as there was an order of stinky feet to it. The room was also very hot, even with a ceiling fan, so you may want to bring a fan of your own to keep cool during the night."
