Amazing service the spa facilities are nice, the restaurant has great quality of food, the resting area is cosy, the rims spacious and comfortable, the massages are fabulous. A really great hotel for a proper relaxing time

Accusation within 3 buildings. Secure and quiet but close to shops and restaurants. Some nice walks without needing the car.
Rooms comfortable. Excellent breakfast service.
Spa facilities: pool, sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor hot tub
Treatments were all booked up so unable to comment. But it’s Clarins so will be good.

Love this hotel, staff are so friendly and accommodating and the spa is amazing. The only one small thing I would change is the room decor like wallpaper, curtains, etc. I think the hotel would feel ever so slightly fresher with an upgrade in that area!

Lovely hotel, very professional and friendly staff. Our room was airy and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the beck, the sound of the waterfall was very relaxing. The breakfast has plenty of choice and was beautifully cooked and presented. We have stayed at the Salutation a number of times and it never disappoints; we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and look forward to returning.
