" I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay. The location is perfect, you are walking distance to everything in San Pedro town, there is a real beach and multiple tour companies right outside. We lost our key and Orlando went above and beyond to help us late at night. Not having a front desk is not an issue, it's all seamless and any issues that pop up will be resolved. We did not have any issues with parking our golf cart despite this area being very popular. I loved staying here instead...

"This is a funky beach hotel. Don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed. The location was awesome and the ambience was great. We loved that they had free coffee down in the restaurant/bar. The open air restaurant/bar was really nice. We could probably have eaten there every day and been perfectly happy, but we tried to eat around town. FYI Blue Water Grill, Ramones, and Caramba were all really good."

"Everything about our stay was amazing, from the reservation to the airport shuttle to the property to the staff. They made everything so easy! Take the shuttle from the airport and rent your golf cart at the property. We loved that one of the highest rated tour companies docked at the property where we did 2 snorkeling tours and a sunset cruise. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub is hot. The sunrise from the property is spectacular. The grounds are exceptionally well kept. "

"The casino next door had the bass blaring until 1am. The the patrons gather in the courtyard after closing for the next hour. When the casino was closed ,the staff of the hotel partied until done. I was originally assigned a dorm room but because the wifi wasn't working. And the pool was not functioning as well. Not a good experience for my first visit. Don't send anyone else there. Pleasr "

"Very quiet resort. The pool, the grounds and facilities are all kept very clean. Unless you request, room service is not provided daily. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "
