This was a lovely facility with a mix of 'old' charm and modern facilities. Breakfast was superb, dinner was lovely, and the staff were very polite and helpful! The duvets were magnificent. I absolutely recommend staying at Drahthammer Schlossl!

Posted 21 Jul 2019 on HotelsYou and your significant other will not be disappointed. Excellent location. Perfect side room (we had a bottom floor, so...we also had a patio (backyard). We absolutely loved our stay. Planning to go back in a near future. Staff were excellent, and professional.

Nice hotel, food in a quiet area of Amberg
Posted 2 Feb 2019 on HotelsGreat hotel next to a pathway which takes you around a lake. Food is clearly something they are very proud of and was excellent of a little pricey. Room not massive but sufficient for the number of days I was staying. Nice relaxing bar area with piano music playing in the evening. I would recommend this as the best hotel in the Amberg area.
