"OMG what a wonderful trip/adventure. The boat cruised around the back waters for about 4 hours. First before we cruised they served us a wonderful lunch. Then while cruising we stopped at a fish market to buy us whatever we wanted to eat for dinner. I bought 6 giant prawns that they cooked up for me in addition to the other chicken dish we had for dinner. Delish!! Vacation time well spent."

"We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,...

If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. "Stayed in their suite room for 7 days. It was our second time stay. Large spacious room. Courteous staff. Additional training would help with basic customer service. Breakfast can definitely improve (same stuff for 6 out of 7 days). "

"The owners were very accommodating and brought me a plate of papaya as I was leaving. The room air conditioning worked well. Almost too well. I got cold at night. lol"

Wonderful stay on double decker houseboat

"This hotel is a gem. The rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious with fabulous furnishings. We ate at the restaurant which offered a range of delicious dishes and spent time around the pool. The staff are a delight, always smiling and eager to cater for every guest. The only comment i would make is that there is not much in the area, but if you're looking for a deserted beach or if you have transport, then this really isn't a problem."
